Saifee Hospital is proud to present our annual breast cancer awareness marathon, "Stride with Strength to Beat Breast Cancer"! 

In Tanzania, breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer, and many lack the resources for treatment. By participating in this event, you can contribute to a vital cause and positively impact the lives of those affected. 

Let's make a difference together by raising awareness about breast cancer and providing access to treatment for those in need.
