Xavala Phone Repair Office, located in Dodoma, Tanzania, is renowned for providing top-quality mobile phone repair services since 2022. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Phone Repair Expert to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all phone repairs are conducted efficiently and to the highest quality standards, contributing to our reputation for excellence in mobile phone repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair various mobile phone issues, including hardware and software problems, screen replacements, battery replacements, and water damage repairs.
Handle advanced repairs such as motherboard troubleshooting and chip-level repairs.
Ensure that all repairs meet the company’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organized and efficient work environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are used safely and correctly.
Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile phone models, repair techniques, and industry trends.
Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring that all necessary parts are available for repairs.
Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating repair issues and offering solutions to customers.
Assist in training junior technicians and provide technical support to team members.
Keep accurate records of all repairs performed and parts used.
Maintain a clean and professional workspace, following all company health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience Required:

Minimum qualification: Diploma in Electronics, Mobile Phone Repair, or a related technical field. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in mobile phone repair, with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various phone brands and models.
Expertise in chip-level repairs, motherboard troubleshooting, and advanced mobile phone repair techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and software.
Age: 25-35 years.
