Principle Responsibilities
- Manage critical and high impact network incidents.
- Perform analysis of network infrastructure and contribute towards design, integration and enhancements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify risks and issues, create plans to mitigate and resolve them.
- Configures router and switches.
- Act as technical liaison with vendors to resolve issues within prescribed SLAs.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Ensure proper case handling and provide trainings as necessary.
- Develop documentation and knowledge base for issues and remediation steps for Tier 1&2 support teams.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical skills along-with ability to work as an effective team member.
- To troubleshoot, and resolve network performance, connectivity, and related network problems
- Monitoring of network devices and pinpointing of critical issues exceeding thresholds that could lead to downtime; Support network users with access to network resources.
- To maintain and optimize the health and efficiency of end-user systems.
- Provide support and troubleshooting methods to remote ICT teams and Branch teams to ensure smooth branch business operations.
- Administer network systems related to CRDB branch LAN, WAN, Business partners and Internet to ensure optimized performance and quality in a secure manner.
- Administer network monitoring applications to ensure the network infrastructure delivered the intended services efficiently and provide daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports.
- Working with multiple communication and network vendors to design the infrastructure at our new building or Branches.
- To facilitate the purchase, and tracking of IT equipment, software, and licenses.
- To maintain and optimize the health and efficiency of end-user systems.
